Any good vendors for Alltel phones?

I am looking for new,I say NEW cellphones to buy in bulk at discount to sell under prepay plans at my Alltel store.We have had too many problems with refurbs and need a good vendor fast.Nothing special about the phones is needed such as camera or bluetooth,just a cheap,reliable phone.

   I have heard that ACP has prepaid phone packages now for sale. Dont know costs or availabililty since I havent had the time to contact them about it but its supposedly out there now. Otherwise you prob wont find anything New and Cheap. They do have a spiff running on the LG 145 through ACP though but that will be the cheapest you can get anywhere that is New.
