Can my TomTom GPS car charger be used to charge my Razr safely?
Also, if batteries is the problem, what about if I am in a pinch, would it work the phone safely with no battery in it?

it may screw up your phone. my mio gps charger i tried in my camcorder and it screwed up the camera battery.
no it will burn out the battery
What with the problem with batteries catching fire or exploding, use the charger that the Razr has made to charge it. Number one reason of fires is using incompatible chargers.
