Can US Cellular users use unlocked phones?

I was wondering if anyone knows if US Cellular supports phones that are "unlocked"?

I know that you can not unlock a USA Sprint phone. I brought mine Manila and they unlock many, many different phones but could not unlock mine.
This particular Nokia has a proprietary firmware chip in it that will not allow you to unlock and use on different networks.
T-moblie will unlock your phone if you have an active account in good standing for 90+ days. ATT will unlock after end of contract and in some other special circumstances.

Yes. A phone that is unlocked means that it is not locked to be usable only on its original phone service.
