it would help if you were more specific about what model of motorola phones you are trying to sync…but for most motorola models, you need to go to Settings and from there go to Bluetooth Link…make sure both phones are in discoverable mode by selecting [Find Me], this will make the phones discoverable to each other for 3 minutes. After that, on only one of the phones, select [Add Audio Device] and then allow the requested connection on the other phone. Go to the file that you wish to send, and go to Send Via Bluetooth.
