How do you transfer an SIM card to a US CELLULAR phone?

I have an AT&T phone which suffered an untimely death when the screen cracked. My awesome friend gave me her US CELLULAR phone so that i could put my card in it. However, US CELLULAR phones don't use SIM cards, they us memory chips. Is it possible to use the US CELLULAR phone with AT&T and if so, how? Thanks for your help.

This wont work. They have two differnt types of technologies in the phones. CDMA vs GSM.
