How to transfer media from Blackberry to computer through a USB cord?
When I hook the phone up to my laptop with the USB, nothing happens.
I have the Blackberry User Tools disk, but every time I insert it my computer more or less crashes.
What should I do?

Custom Search
On your phone do this:
Options icon – Memory (Media Card)
Media Card Support: On
Mass Storage Mode Support: On
Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected: Prompt
Press the Menu key and select Save
Plug your phone into your computer
Select Yes when asked to Enable Mass Storage Mode
Your BlackBerry will now be a removable disk
Drag media from your computer to the appropriate folder on your BlackBerry (music goes in the Music folder etc..)
