Is there a device that can be used to record conversations, for a Nokia 6102i cell phone?

I am needing to record a conversation that I'm going to be having with someone. I won't go into detail, but it is important. I know that they sell recorders that will hook into home telephones, to record conversations. But i'm wondering if there is one for my Nokia 6102i, that will work. I hate speakerphone, so I wouldn't want to put it on speakerphone & record it that way. I want something that will plug into my cell phone & record the conversation, however long it may be. Is there such an accessory for my Nokia 6102i? Any other honest, legal ideas would be appreicated, if there isn't such a device for my cell (w/the acception of using the speakerphone). And I want to add that I have to use that phone. It is the phone # that this person has & will answer. If there is such a device, as the one I'm looking for, please send me info on where I can get one & how much. A link to the website page would be great as well.     The legalities are iffy on this because the state you live in may have a law requiring all parties to know the conversation is being recorded.
