Refurbished and Unlocked Cellphones?
If a t -mobile phone is refurbished does that automatically mean it is unlocked and can be used by other carriers?

No not necessarily. Refurbished just means that the phone had something wrong with it at one point but is now fixed.
yes!!!!!! i did that to my phone and it did get unlocked
