verizon phone question?
i have the pink razr and my plan isnt up until october
and my phone has broken 6 times in the past two months and everytime
i take it back they give me a cheap refurbished phone and last time they gave me a phone with a water mark in the screen
so i cant see half of it
theyre so cheap anymore
but i cant cancel my plan because its almost 200 dollars according to the verizon worker
does verizon even still carry the razrs?
because mine broke again and im curious if to when i go back if theyll give me a different phone or not
because that happened to my friend last week
i just want a phone that wont break every week and a half.
haha oh i've harrased them as much as i can. i mean it must be pretty annoying me always in there, im trying my best to get something else. the razrs they give me are sh*t. thanks to everybody though [:

i’ld give you a crappy phone to knowing you’ll be back in two weeks to replace it. i would think you have anger issues constantly throwing your phone everytime you get upset
Hm, well I don’t think they carry Razrs anymore. But heres what I did.
Buy a new phone. Not a new plan but a new phone for that plan. The cheapest comes around to 78 dollars. But go back to the store and see if they can’t fix your phone… again.
It depends which verizon store you go to. Though to be honest, the razr was a pretty popular phone, so they’re likely to have a large stock of refurbs no matter which location you go to. The general rule that companies operate under when replacing/repairing defective or broken equipment is to replace with "like or better" in other words, if they don’t have a razr to give you, they’ll give you something similar if not slightly better. Don’t get your hopes up though, it won’t be likely to be a huge improvement. Just harass them as much as you can… if your phone has even the slightest problem, go into the store and complain… eventually they may actually give you another option.
They may not still sells the razrs in the store anymore, but they can still order one for you from their warehouse. If you’re under a certain plan, they should replace your broken razr for free with another razr as long as it WASN’T damage that you caused.. such as dropping it on the ground or in water. My phone broke twice (it stopped charging) and they replaced it for free.. but just incase it was something I did, they made me pay $50 just incase they realized it was something I caused. They had to order it though because they no longer sold my phone in the store.
I also got a new phone (voyager) and within a month of having it, the screen got an internal crack and they replaced it for free.. The razr is known for constantly breaking but they should replace it for free if it’s the phone’s fault for breaking.
