Plus they might text (which is highly expensive and that's why you must wait until they're more mature) Also, most schools dont like having cell phones at school because they can distrub class or the phone is lost/stolen which causes mayhem everywhere Or.....when they understand how bills work and how to make a budget for themselves.... They should have one when they’re about 16…….maybe 15
