what is the difference between the two cellphones?

They are sold by different places. One from TigerDirect, the other from Amazon. So, they cost different even though they are on the same website. The fact that they are from different countries wouldn’t have that big of an effect on the price, it would be the shipping and handling that would be higher.
On the second phone though, it says "MicroSD," that could mean that the phone comes with a memory card, or it could be used as a tag to say that the phone uses memory cards.

One’s the international edition (from England), and one’s the US version.
one does come with a micro sd and the other doesnt anyway that phone isnt even so great for the money u could get the new nokia n96 which is better. so if i was u i wudnt get that. TRUST ME.
