What stores in Houston and Pearland Texas sell unlocked cellphones?

I'm not talking about a cellphone service company like T-Mobile or AT&T. I'm looking to buy the motorola a1600 from a store out here in Texas. Does anybody know of places that carry this phone or that may carry it? LET ME KNOW ASAP.
