Where can i get a cheap phone that is bluetooth capable??

i looked up my phone and the info i found said i was bluetooth capable... then when i bought the bluetooth i couldn't connect it... sooo i get to free update in september... but i want a cheap phone that i can use with my bluetooth now... do you know anywhere i can get one that would be compatable with verizon... hopefully like 0-200...
