Where to buy Unlocked cellphones online?

Can someone tell me the best website to purchase unlocked cellphones? I am planning to buy something for my dad back in India, but am unsure and feel not very secure about buying it on website without hearing abt it...any help is appreciated!

    Try ebay but shop wisely. Or just but a phone thast not unlocked and get an unlocking chip.

    eBay, make sure to check their feedback score. but there are sellers that have been at it for years and have the same guarentees as a department store but with better selection

    Just check seller feedback and don't be afraid to ask as many questions of the seller as you feel necessary.
